E. pandi started H&M underwriting together with P&I, in order to diversify the Association's business and particularly to meet the Members' needs to supplement their insurance protection and to benefit from One-Stop services by extending the Association's covers to include property insurance.
On the principle of help Members solve their property's safety, the Club usually offered marine hull insurance basing on Standard H&M, Increased Value and War risks conditions according to the Association's rules which includes usual hull clauses (scope of coverage is almost identical with PICC 2009 clauses).
At the same time, the Association has been also flexible on the hull clauses by adopting those widely-recognized conditions, such as Institute Time Clauses 1983.
In a specific contract of insurance if such need is raised by a particular members.
