Edinburgharian PANDI Association (E. pandi as abbreviation) who is an Association managed by Edinburgharian PANDI Management Limited which is specialized in shipowners / Charterers P&I, shipowners /Charterers War P&I, Marine Defense (F.D. & D.), which are mutual P&I and F.D. & D. businesses. Besides the mutual businesses, the Association also provides fixed premium P&I and H&M services according to customers' special requirements. 

E. pandi has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Wuhan and Pusan, Korea. In Shanghai, an exclusive underwriters and claims service company has been appointed. In the meantime, E. pandi has established a global network of correspondents in more than 100 ports spreading over more than 20 countries. This highly efficient network ensures that Members can, at any moment, receive professional services including appointment of surveyors, evidential investigation, claim handling, loss prevention, and advisory service etc.

Although, E. pandi is very young but always has been emphasizing the importance of attracting qualified personnel specialized in law, insurance, shipping and finance etc. 

E. pandi brings together a group of high quality, high level, having both ability and political integrity of marine insurance underwriters, claims handling team, lawyers team, marketing and professional business management team. At present, E. pandi team was all graduated from concerned Maritime University and Barrister University. Some also have been on board as Master or C/E for many years. The team of E. pandi has been underwriters in many insurance companies or surveyors in the adjusting companies for many years. E. pandi is professional and practiced, that is composed by professional underwriters and claim handlers who are familiar with the needs of small and medium-sized shipowners, management companies and operation companies.

Also, E. pandi has established long-term amicable cooperation built on mutual trust with many local Maritime Courts, Arbitration Courts, Maritime Bureaus, Salvage Bureau, Classifications, law firms and independent survey companies etc.

While focusing on serving the shipowners all over the world especially in Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia, E. pandi has also been actively seeking to expand in the market overseas. The percentage of international tonnages has risen steadily after the Association established. Guided by the strategies of "internationalization, market-oriented, and professionalism", the Managers of the Association have been drawn on the wealth of experiences of our counterparts overseas, and striven to be integrated with the international practices in both management system and market-oriented service area, so as to provide prompt, efficient and high quality service to our members.
